A service from Boomeranger AB.

Users of Boomeranger.com must be aged at least 18.

Users are customers that click on a link at Boomeranger.com and complete a purchase, and users that have registered a user account at boomeranger.com. Suppliers are companies that have advertised on Boomeranger.com’s site. 

A user of Boomeranger.com achieves bonus on purchases made via links at Boomeranger.com. The bonus is given as points and is paid out as cash or discounts on items purchased via Boomeranger.com’s member shop.

Boomeranger.com only gives points on the purchases made via links/advertising on Boomeranger.com to the customers that register and create an account. 

Boomeranger.com reserves its rights concerning advertisers’ non-payment of bonus to Boomeranger.com, in which case points cannot be registered to the user’s account either. 

Boomeranger.com reserves its rights concerning any technical problems which mean that the purchase cannot be tracked, and thereby is not registered to the account. 

Any income tax on the bonus is paid by the user and is not subject to the administration or responsibility of Boomeranger.com.

Boomerager.com shall be obliged not to sell mail addresses or other information concerning members to any third party without the member’s consent. 

Boomeranger.com is an e-commerce portal/marketing site. 

Purchases are made by the user directly from the supplier and do not entail any agreement between the user and Boomeranger.com.
Any complaints concerning products/services purchased via the Boomeranger.com portal must be made directly to the supplier of the product/service and not to Boomeranger.com. Boomeranger.com is not able to check the soundness or quality of items/services advertised via the portal. 

Boomeranger.com does not guarantee and accepts no liability for items/services purchased from advertisers/suppliers, as the user must perform the same analysis as if the purchase was made directly online and not via Boomeranger.com. 

Boomeranger.com accepts no liability for the quality or safety of products and services advertised via Boomeranger.com’s site. Users’ comments, reviews and viewpoints reflect the users’ personal preferences and opinions and do not represent the opinions of Boomeranger.com.

The user him/herself must check that the advertiser can deliver the item or service purchased to the user’s country, and this must be checked with the supplier’s terms of purchase and in the purchasing process.

The user is responsible for keeping his/her account and contact data, such as e-mail address, up-to-date.
The user authorises Boomeranger.com to send advertisements from advertisers wishing to sell their products/services to Boomeranger.com’s users. 

The user is aware and accepts that the purchase must always commence via Boomeranger.com for the bonus to be registered and paid. 
The purchase must be made in the same ”session”, i.e. the user may not visit other sites after clicking on the link at Boomeranger.com before the purchase is completed. 
If other sites are visited after the link at Boomeranger.com is used the tracking will not function and no bonus can be registered. 
The user understands that it is not possible to delete cookies or otherwise make it impossible to track the purchase before it is registered to the account. 

 

The user understands that bonus in the form of points, or points converted into cash, if given levels of payment are achieved, and if so wished by the user, is paid out by Boomeranger.com and not by the supplier directly. 

There is always a certain delay before points are registered to the user’s account. The account balance is not adjusted until Boomeranger.com has received approval of the purchase by the supplier, which can take one to two months.

It is up to the user to monitor his/her account and check that points are registered, and if a purchase is not registered it is up to the user to contact Boomeranger.com and report this within 90 days of the purchase. Reporting at a later time can make it impossible to track the purchase, so that no points can be given.

The number of points given for a purchase varies between suppliers and between the products of the same supplier. Points are calculated on the basis of the net price, and not on duties, taxes, delivery costs or other options such as extra insurance, etc. In cases where the item/service is returned or cancelled by the purchaser, or the item/service cannot be delivered by the vendor, no points are given. 

Purchases that generate points can be saved for two years before expiry. If the points are not used before the date of expiry they fall to Boomeranger.com.

Boomeranger.com reserves the right to make any changes to the number of points from suppliers that have not been updated on Boomeranger.com. 

Specific terms may apply to the suppliers, whereby certain purchases do not give points, or points are only given up to a maximum amount, or similar. Boomeranger.com does not accept any responsibility if this information has not been provided clearly enough by the supplier.
The range of suppliers on Boomeranger.com changes continuously and without notice, and no guarantee is given that an offer or advertiser is available without being subject to change without notice.

These terms may be changed without specific notice and it is the responsibility of the user to stay updated on the current terms in force.

 

There are two types of points: cash points and bonus points. 

Cash points may be redeemed as cash payment, provided that the minimum level has been reached. The minimum level is set on an annual basis under your profile and cash-out function. 
Bonus points may only be used for purchases in the Boomeranger.com member shop. 
In the Boomeranger.com member shop bonus points, cash points and regular payment, or combinations thereof, may be used.
The types of points given on a purchase or activity are presented on the site.

The minimum level for payment of cash points is currently 2,500 points, but this may be subject to adjustment. A cost-free Paypal account is required for payment. Payment by other means will be subject to administration costs that vary from time to time.
