All MTOR reagents are produced in house and quality controlled, including 4 MTOR Gene, 1 MTOR qPCR. All MTOR reagents are ready to use.
MTORcDNA clones are full length sequence confirmed and expression validated. There are 13 kinds of tags for each MTOR of different species, especially GFP tag, OFP tag, FLAG tag and so on. There are three kinds of vectors for choice, cloning vector, expression vector and lentivrial expression vector.
The protein encoded by MTOR gene belongs to a family of phosphatidylinositol kinase-related kinases. These kinases mediate cellular responses to stresses such as DNA damage and nutrient deprivation. This protein acts as the target for the cell-cycle arrest and immunosuppressive effects of the FKBP12-rapamycin complex. The ANGPTL7 gene is located in an intron of this gene.
